Returns and refunds

Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility depends on the product purchased.

  • Handmade / Made-to-Order Items:All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
  • Cosmetic & Personal Care Items:
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
  • Eligible Non-Handmade Items: Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will only be considered if:

You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping
  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and your order number.


Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
